This Privacy Policy explains how Linea Habit (the “App”) handles information when you use it.
1. What We Store
The App stores the information you create in order to provide its features, including habit names, icons, colors, visibility settings, order, completion history, and journal entries.
If you purchase Pro features, the App also reads purchase and entitlement information from Apple through StoreKit so it can unlock and restore paid access.
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in your message.
2. How We Use Information
We use information only to operate the App, sync your data across your devices when available, restore purchases, respond to support requests, and improve the product.
3. Local Storage and iCloud Sync
Your habit data is stored locally on your device. If iCloud is enabled for your Apple Account and for LineaHabit, your data may also sync through Apple’s CloudKit services so it can appear on your other Apple devices.
We do not require a separate LineaHabit account.
4. Payments
Payments, subscriptions, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your habit data except when needed to provide Apple-based services you choose to use, comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or protect our rights.
6. Your Choices
You can edit or delete habits and journal entries in the App. You can also stop iCloud syncing by changing your device or iCloud settings. Subscription management and refund requests must be handled through Apple.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date or provide notice in the App.
